This 4 bedroom chic quaint villa is located in one of the nicest towns of East Hampton steps from the bay and about 5 miles from the beaches and town. Very quiet street. Located in Northwest Harbor neighborhood in East Hampton.
The house sits on a sprawling and manicured property and boasts a backyard perfect for summer entertaining featuring a 20 X 40 heated in ground swimming pool, outdoor shower, fire pit, and all new teak wood furniture, including a plush sectional on a wood deck just steps from the pool and yard. Recently renovated with Restoration Hardware furniture and fixtures throughout. The home features 4 bedrooms, 3 new bathrooms, and a completely renovated state of the art kitchen with top of the line appliances. The spacious great room has a wood burning fireplace and a 65″ flat screen TV as well as flat screen TV’s in both the master suite and downstairs bedrooms. Additional amenities include Central AC, Wifi, Sonos system throughout the house and back yard, a full garage and the use of 2 beach cruisers. Not intended for use as a share house. We are only interested in renting to responsible professionals and families. No pets allowed.
Guest must sign A Guest Registration Agreement and send Damage Deposit via Wire or Transfer. All guest must be approved after proper background search. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
100% no party rule unless negotiated in the contract. Violation can forfeit the full damage deposit and immediate eviction without any refunds.
