Vanessa Rumreich has been surrounded by the real estate business from an early age, thanks to her mortgage and real estate broker mother and builder father. “I grew up watching them flip apartment complexes and build beautiful mansions from the ground up,” she recalls. She began in the industry as an office manager at both her mother’s and father’s firms, where she established an early reputation as a motivated team player and quick problem solver. Vanessa’s adventurous spirit and love of travel compelled the Los Angeles native to pursue modeling on the international stage. Between her modeling career and personal travels, she has visited more than 35 countries and resided in cities around the world including Maui, Miami Beach and London. In addition to satisfying her wanderlust, her travels have honed her admirable ability to easily connect with new people and put them at ease. With proven customer service skills, project management abilities and lifelong love of real estate, Vanessa is an enthusiastic real estate professional focused on making her clients’ New York City dreams a reality. After stints in Hell’s Kitchen and Midtown, Vanessa currently resides in Chelsea. She is passionate about helping those in need and devoted to giving back through a number of charitable organizations, including the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Autism Speaks, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Habitat for Humanity. A devout adrenaline junkie, when she’s not working, you might find Vanessa skydiving, surfing, snowboarding or dirt biking.
